Formado em Cinema/Cinematografia pela University of Creative Arts - Farnham, no Reino Unido.Atualmente trabalha também como assistente de realização e editor em cinema. Com o coletivo PÁTIO (associação cultural) criou o festival itinerante de curtas-metragens Cinema no Estendal, que ainda produz e programa, e criou também instalações de videoarte, videoclipes e curtas-metragens documentais e de ficção, sempre num trabalho que envolve as comunidades locais nos processos criativos. Em 2021/2022 e 2025 trabalhou como projecionista na Cinemateca Portuguesa – Museu do Cinema em Lisboa. Entre os filmes em que trabalhou, exibidos em festivais pelo Europa, destacam-se o documentário Pena de Anamão, um retrato de pegoreiras no Alto do Alto Minho, feito no âmbito da residência do MDOC - Festival Internacional de Documentário de Melgaço; Plataformas e Seguranças, um documentário e uma viagem pessoal acerca da vigilância CCTV;&nbsp;O Último Amolador de Tesouras; Memoirs, a história de um escritor solitário que lida com a frustração de viver com os seus heterónimos na sua loja de espelhos e&nbsp;Última Hora, que conta a história do Sr. Jacinto, a quem é finalmente dada a oportunidade de aparecer na televisão como notícia de última hora.
